About Me
I’ve always been drawn to how people make sense of the world—the choices they make, the systems they build, the unseen forces that shape what they do. Some of that comes from reading widely, some from working across different industries and cultures, and some from simply paying attention to the details most people overlook.
Some people navigate the world through places or moments—I navigate through books, words, and systems. I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, how language shapes perception, and how structures influence choices. That curiosity led me to my work, where I help organizations untangle complexity, improve decision-making, and build cultures of agility and trust.
I don’t believe in easy answers, but I do believe in asking better questions—ones that push past assumptions and reveal the real problem underneath. Whether in a conversation, a piece of writing, or an organizational challenge, I look for the patterns behind the noise, the structure beneath the surface.
As CEO of AgileXtended, I work with organizations to align their strategies, cultures, and execution—helping them become truly adaptive, not just compliant. I also co-founded LIA (Leadership, Innovation, Agility), which brings together leaders exploring new ways of working, thinking, and collaborating.
Along the way, I’ve created The Compass for Agility, a practical framework for navigating change, and The Arts of Problem Solving, which helps organizations approach challenges with creativity and clarity. My book, Compass for Agility, explores these ideas in depth, and my upcoming book, The Flow of Trust, dives into how trust functions as an organizational system—why it breaks, how it’s built, and how it fuels organizations that work for the people in it and the people who depend on it.
Things That Matter to Me
📚 Learning as a Habit – Because every book is a different lens on the world.
🛠 Making Sense of Complexity – Whether it’s systems, cultures, or decisions, I like figuring out how things really work.
✍️ Creating, Not Just Consuming – Whether it’s writing, frameworks, or something built with my hands, I like having making things tangible.
🎭 Being Deliberate About Change – Change isn’t just about moving fast; it’s about moving thoughtfully.
I don’t believe in a single “right” way to do things—only what works in a given context. That’s what I explore in my work, in my writing, and in how I approach the world.
